The below documents are needed BEFORE any plates will be made. We need proof of ID & proof of OWNERSHIP of the vehicle/registration.

| Bank or building society debit or credit card | A Temporary Registration Certificate (V379) |
| Police warrant card | A Number Plate Authorisation Certificate (V948) with an official stamp form the DVLA or DVSA |
| Armed forces identity card | An electronic Number Plate Authorisation Certificate (eV948) |
| A letter of authorisation from a fleet operator quoting the V5C Reference Numeber |
